People who don’t snore don’t understand how bad it really is to snore. Going to bed every night knowing that as soon as you fall off into sleep you’ll be sounding like a jumbo jet taking off, disturbing everyone around you.
My snoring actually haunted me. As I would go to sleep, I wondered how bad my snoring would be. I actually developed trouble sleeping. I became a light sleeper and my snoring would wake me up occasionally. That in turn made my sleeping that much worse. In our report we cover sleep deprevation in some detail.
I used to snore horribly, so I know how horrible a condition it really is. I know the pain it causes and the hurt it brings.
I began researching to find a cure that would work best for me. I tried all the methods that I could find and tested each and every one. Some worked, some didn’t, but I kept trying.
Eventually I found something that worked and I stuck with it. It wasn’t permanent at first and I would try another approach. I actually rotate several methods to control my snoring and have achieved pretty much a “snore free” sleep.

Hi,
I used not to snore unless I am tired. Later, about a year, I am became a snoring person even I can hear myself snoring. I tried many remedies but didn’t help. I also try beres and other strips to put on my nose but I don’t think they work because I still hear myself snoring. The problem is, I saw most of people sleep and snoring when their mouth open, mine is closed. Surf on web and none of them help. I tried the machine my cuz has and it made me tired and headache. Is there any solution to help me stop snoring?
thanks,
Cat
